Peak Strength is a mobile app that helps beginner, competitive, and veteran athletes train toward their fitness goals through an athletic lens.
The app provides strength, speed, and cardio workouts based on the training system developed at Garage Strength by Olympic and international-level coach, Dane Miller.
Within the mobile app, athletes will be able to choose from one of over 30 sport-specific strength programs or one of the 5 general fitness applications. The app creates a long-term program tailored to each individual for specific peak dates or no peak date at all.
If a peak date or a season end-date is entered, Peak Strength provides weekly workouts for up to 18 weeks of training per program.
Peak Strength clearly lays out each day’s workout with exercises, sets, reps, weight recommendations, and a rest timer.
Peak Strength has a monthly subscription cost of $39.99 USD or an annual subscription cost of $399.99 USD.
