Create Sales Tax Invoice (TI003)

Creating a separate sales tax invoice is referred from an invoice or receipt.

Firstly, an invoice or receipt must be created in PEAK and there is VAT included in that document, but the tax invoice of the transaction has not yet been issued.

The steps to create a separate sales tax invoice are as follows:

Step 1: Go to Revenue > Sales Tax Invoice > Click + Create.

Step 2: Specify the references that will be retrieved to create the sales tax invoice.

Customer: Provide the customer's name or vendor code of the invoice or receipt already created.

Document Type: Specify the type of created invoice or receipt document.

From: Specify a range of the month according to the issuance date of the invoice or receipt.

Select a reference: Specify the document number according to the specified document type.

When the information has been specified, press the Next button.

Step 3: The step of creating the separate sales tax invoice

PEAK will pop up the page for creating a separate sales tax invoice by retrieving detailed information such as contacts and products/services from the referred invoice or receipt document.

Except

Document Number: PEAK will automatically show the document number based on the document set. You can edit and specify the document number later.

Issue Date: PEAK will default to the current date and this section can be edited to the date in the past or future later.

After verifying the information on the separated sales tax invoice, in case the information is all correct then press the Save draft or Approve Sales Tax Invoice button to record account entries.

You can click Journal No. to view the accounting records.
