To view reports in PEAK Board (PB002):

For today, the PEAK Board system is open for all packages to try out for free until December 31, 2021. After that, it will be available exclusively for the Pro+ package.

PEAK Board helps business owners view performance data through a user-friendly, visually appealing, and accurate dashboard. It allows users to make informed business decisions based on the data provided. Additionally, it enables generating categorized reports based on different functional groups.

Step 1: Access the PEAK Board by clicking on the Application Center icon and selecting the PEAK Board icon, as shown in the image.

Step 2: Click on the "Custom Dashboard" tab.

Step 3: Click on "+Add Report" button to add a report. Enter the report number, report name, report form, and description.

There are two report formats available: Detail and Compare.

  • For the Detail report , you can select only one item or a group of items.

If you want to combine multiple "Category Items," you can select multiple items and enter the desired group name.

Here is an example of a Detail report that shows the movement of each time period.

  • The Compare report, allows you to select up to 10 compare items.

Here is an example of a Compare report that summarizes the income and expenses of each item for comparison.

Step 4: Once you have created the report, you can specify the desired data period.

If you need to add, remove, or modify the Category Items, click on the "Edit" button.
