The online accounting software PEAK has developed a feature to connect with LINE, allowing you to send pictures to the File Vault menu in New PEAK. Users need to add LINE by searching for @PEAKConnect or scanning the QR code shown below or within the PEAK program.
When you have successfully added LINE, you can follow these steps to record expenses through LINE PEAK Connect:
Step 1: Start by entering the chat of @PEAKConnect and select the "Log in" menu.
Step 2: Enter your email and password, and select the business you want to record expenses.
Step 3: Click on the "Expenses Record" menu as shown below.
Step 4: Enter the details based on the receipt or purchase tax invoice received from the vendor:
Payee: Specify the vendor's name.
Tax Type: Specify whether the payment includes VAT or not.
Expense Details: Specify the information about the expense.
Description: Additional description.
If there are multiple items, you can add them here.
5. Quantity: Specify the quantity according to the received document.
6. Price/Unit: Specify the price per unit.
7. Tax Rate:
VAT 7%: If you have a purchase tax invoice or need to record a purchase tax.
VAT 0%: In the case of export.
No VAT: If VAT is not applicable.
8. Withholding Tax: If there is withholding tax, specify tax rate here.
9. Payment Button: if the outstanding already paid, open it to enter required information.
9.1 Payment Date: Specify the payment date.
9.2 Payment Method: Specify the payment method, such as cash, bank, etc.
9.3. Amount Paid: Specify the amount paid.
10. Withholding Tax: If there is withholding tax, select it.
For purchase tax invoices, if you have not received the tax invoice, close the respective section and reopen it when you receive the tax invoice.
11. Receive Tax Invoice: When you receive the tax invoice, enter the "Tax Invoice Date" and "Tax Invoice Number"
12. Remarks: Specify additional comments or conditions (optional).
13. Attach Image: Attach relevant document images or supporting evidence (optional). Once you have filled in the above details, please review them, and then click "Record Expenses."
After clicking "Record Expenses," LINE PEAK Connect will send you the expense record number, as shown in the image below.
