The online accounting software PEAK has developed a feature to connect with LINE, allowing you to send pictures to the File Vault menu in New PEAK. Users need to add LINE by searching for @PEAKConnect or scanning the QR code shown below or within the PEAK program.
Once you have added LINE successfully, you can follow the steps below to create a quotation through LINE PEAK Connect:
Step 1: Start by entering the chat of @PEAKConnect and select the menu option "Log In."
Step 2: Enter your email and password, and select the business you want to create a quotation.
Step 3: Click on the menu "Create Document" and then tap on the "Create" button for creating a quotation, as shown in the example below.
Step 4: Specify the details for creating the quotation:
Customer: Enter the customer's name.
Tax Type: Specify whether the payment includes VAT or not.
Products/Services: Provide information about the products or services to be sold to the customer.
Account: Select the revenue account for recording the transaction.
Description: Additional description.
If there are multiple items, you can click "Add" to include more items.
6. Quantity: Enter the quantity of units the customer wants to purchase.
7. Unit Price: Enter the price per unit.
8. Unit Discount: Enter the discount amount per unit.
9. Tax Rate:
VAT 7%: For registered VAT businesses or products/services subject to sales tax.
VAT 0%: In the case of export.
No VAT: For transactions not subject to VAT.
10. Withholding Tax: If there is withholding tax, specify tax rate here.
11. Total Discount: If the quotation does not include a total discount at the end, close the "Total Discount" option.
11.1. Discount Amount: Enter the total discount amount.
12. Remarks: Add any additional messages or conditions (optional).
13. Attachments: Attach supporting documents or evidence (optional).
Once you have filled in the above details, please review them again, and then click "Approve Quotation" after reviewing.
Once you click "Approve Quotation," LINE PEAK Connect will send the quotation reference number back to you, as shown in the image below.
