In cases where a business does not want to delete a contact and wishes to keep it stored (which can be recalled later), the following steps can be followed:
Contact Storage Steps:
Step 1: Click on the contact code to be stored.
Step 2: Click the button to switch the status from "Enabled" to "Disabled."
Once the system has successfully stored the contact,
the contact code that has been stored will be moved to the "Disable" status.
Contact Recall Steps:
Step 1: Go to the "Contacts" page, select the "Disable" status.
Step 2: Click on the contact code to be recalled.
Step 3: Click the button to switch the status from "Disabled" to "Enabled."
Once the system has successfully recalled the stored contact,
the contact code that has been stored will be moved back to the "All" status.
