The online accounting software PEAK has developed a feature to connect with LINE, allowing you to send pictures to the File Vault menu in New PEAK. Users need to add LINE by searching for @PEAKConnect or scanning the QR code shown below or within the PEAK program.
Once LINE has been added successfully, you can follow the steps below to create a receipt through LINE @PEAKConnect.
Step 1: Start by entering the chat of @PEAKConnect and select the menu option "Log in."
Step 2: Enter your email and password, and select the business you want to create a receipt.
Step 3: Click on the menu "Create Document" and then tap on the "Create" button for creating a receipt, as shown in the example below.
Step 4: Specify the details for creating the receipt to be sent to the customer:
Sold to: Enter the customer's name.
Classification: Specify the group for categorizing revenue in the PEAK Board.
Tax Rate: Specify whether the payment includes VAT or not.
Product/Service: Provide information about the product or service being sold to the customer.
Account: Select the income account code for sales or services that need accounting records.
Description: Additional description.
If there are multiple items, you can add them here.
7. Quantity: Specify the number of units purchased by the customer.
8. Price/Unit: Specify the price per unit.
9. Discount/Unit: Specify the discount value per unit.
10. Tax Rate:
VAT 7%: For registered VAT businesses or products/services subject to sales tax.
VAT 0%: In the case of export.
No VAT: For transactions not subject to VAT.
11. Withholding Tax: If there is withholding tax, specify tax rate here.
12. Total Discount: If the quotation does not include a total discount at the end, close the "Total Discount" option.
12.1 Discount Amount: Enter the total discount amount.
13. Payment Received
13.1 Received On: Specify the date of receiving the payment.
13.2 Received By: Specify the payment method, such as cash, bank, etc.
13.3 Amount Received: Specify the received payment amount.
14. Withholding Tax: If there is withholding tax, select it.
15. Issue Tax Invoice: If the receipt does not require a tax invoice, close the tax invoice in item 15.
16. Remarks: Enter additional text or conditions (optional).
17. Attach Image: Attach supporting documents or evidence for creating the document (optional).
Once you have filled in the above details, please review them again, then click "Approve Receipt."
After clicking "Approve Receipt," LINE @PEAKConnect will send back the record number of the receipt, as shown in the image below.
