Before creating Form P.P.30, you need to fetch sales tax and purchase tax data generated in PEAK. The data extraction process consists of the following steps.
Steps for fetch sales tax
Step 1 : Go to the VAT menu and select 'Sales Tax Item. Then choose 'Fetch data'.
Step 2 : A pop-up will appear asking you to specify the time range of the sales tax. The sales tax Item includes all tax invoices, invoices, receipts, sales tax invoices referencing data from invoices or receipts, credit notes, and debit notes that are tax invoices. The selection is based on the issuance date of the tax invoices.
Once you have specified the time range, click on the 'Fetch' button.
Note :
If the checkbox is selected for documents that have already been submitted for tax purposes, PEAK will not retrieve sales tax invoices that have been previously submitted as Form P.P.30.
For data extraction, if a document has already been fetched, PEAK will not fetch the data again to avoid duplication. However, if the document has been retrieved and then deleted, PEAK will retrieve the data again.
For example, consider sales tax invoice number 001.
If you delete sales tax invoice number 001 in PEAK Tax,
It will be placed in the recycle bin.
When you perform a new data extraction, PEAK will retrieve sales tax invoice number 001 again.
Once PEAK has successfully retrieved the data, all the invoices will be displayed in the status bar according to the selected time range.
Steps for fetch purchase tax
Step 1 : Go to the VAT menu and select 'Purchase Tax Item'. Then choose 'Fetch Data'.
