The process of configuring payment channels to be displayed on the documents such as quotations, invoices, and billing is as follows:
Step 1: Go to the 'Settings' menu > 'Document Setting' > 'Payment Channel'.
Step 2: Click on the 'Edit' button.
Step 3: Specify the payment channel you want to display on the quotation, invoice, and billing documents.
Default: This option will retrieve the first three payment channels created in the 'Finances' menu.
Custom: This option allows you to select three specific payment channels from the ones created in the 'Finances' menu. You can choose them from the drop-down list.
Once you have specified the payment channel, click the "Save" button.
When printing quotations, invoices, and billing documents, the configured payment channels will be displayed according to the settings.
