General Financial Information
e-Filing Submission Options
Data 1: Number and price of registered Share - In this section, you will enter details for ordinary shares and preferred shares. There are two examples:
Example 1: If the entered data matches the financial statements, a green checkmark will appear indicating the data is correct. You can click "Save" to proceed.
Example 2: If the entered data does not match the financial statements, an exclamation mark (!) will appear, indicating that you should review the data as the system will not allow further processing with incorrect information.
Data 2: General Financial Information - This section contains basic information, supporting one type of legal entity, which is "Company Limited," and one type of business, which is "General Business."
Note: Other legal entity types and business types are currently under development.
Data 3: e-Filing Submission Options - You can choose between two formats for the income statement:
Format 1: Single-step income statement - This format displays profit before interest and tax, profit before tax and net profit.
Format 2: Multi-step income statement - This format displays gross profit, profit before expenses, profit before interest and tax and net profit.
Note:
If the company has previously submitted financial statements via e-Filing, the system will retrieve the data from the imported XBRL file.

Step 4: The system will display a page for entering the notes to financial statements' number of:
Financial Position Statement
Income Statement
Shareholders' Equity Statement
The system will retrieve the balances from the trial balance on the transaction date. Once you have filled in the details of the notes to financial statements' number, click "Create."
Step 5: After clicking "Create," the system will display a page to download the e-Filing files in two formats:
e-Filing XBRL File for Submission: Businesses can click on this page to access the DBD website and submit the XBRL file.
