Creating a receipt as bookmarked item is a method to store an information of the receipt, such as a contact name, a quantity, and a price for creating a receipt with the same information next time. The steps to do so are as follows:
Step 1: Go to the "Revenue" menu, select "Receipts/Record Revenue" and click on "Create."
Step 2: Enter all information to create a receipt. When you have already entered the information in the receipt, click on "Add to bookmark."
Step 3: Enter the details to create a bookmarked item.
Bookmarked item name: Specify the desired name for the favorite item.
Bookmarked item description: Enter a description for the favorite item (if any).
Save contact in bookmarked item: Choose whether to include the contact information in the favorite item or not.
Save price and quantity in bookmarked item: Choose whether to include the quantity and price in the favorite item or not.
When you have already entered the required information, click on "Add Bookmarked" to save it.
Once the item has been successfully added, bookmarked item for receipt will be saved at the top of the receipt creation page.
