Creating an Installment Invoice (RT010)

Creating an Installment Invoice can be done following the steps below.

For example, the total amount of the invoice is 19,260 Baht.

First payment : 9,000 Baht

Second payment : 10,260 Baht

Step 1 : Make the first installment payment
Go to the invoice you want to divide into installments.
Select the 'Payment' tab and click 'Receive' button.

Then, fill in the required information and click the "Payment" button.

Step 2 : Make the second or subsequent Payments

Once you click on "Receive" button, the information for the second payment will automatically appear. Then, you can select the "Payment" tab again. You can repeat this process until the total payment amount is completed.

Step 3 : Creating a receipt

You have two options for creating the receipt :

  1. Consolidated Receipt : Select this option if you want to create a receipt that includes the total payment amount for all transactions into a single receipt.

  2. Separate receipt : Select this option if you want to create separate receipts for each installment payment. This option allows you to create individual receipts for each payment made.
