Once a quotation has been accepted, it can't be editied, but can only be canceled. However, if a quotation is still in the pending acceptance status, it can be edited following these steps.

Step 1: Access the "Revenue" > "Quotation" > "Await Respond"

Step 2: Select the quotation that you want to edit the information.

Step 3: Click on the drop-down menu and choose "Edit."

Step 4: Edit the information in the quotation as desired, then click "Save."
