Exporting Purchase Tax Invoice Report in PEAK TAX (PT031)

Once the sales tax invoices have been successfully retrieved to PEAK TAX, follow the steps below to print the sales tax invoice report as an Excel file :

Step 1 : Select the 'VAT' menu > 'Purchase Tax Items' > 'Overview'.

Step 2 : Select 'Export' to export the sales tax invoice data.

Step 3 : Select the type and time range for the report printing. Then click the 'Export' button to export the specified data as an Excel file.

From Date : Select the starting date of the desired time range for the report printing.

To Date : Select the end date of the desired time range for the report printing.

There are 3 options available for printing the report :

  • Option 1 : Download the selected sales tax invoice report with document reference numbers.

Check the box labeled 'Show Document Reference Number' and then click the 'Export' button.

When you click to view the document, there will be a column labeled "Document Reference Number" as shown in the example image below.

  • Option 2 : Download the selected purchase tax invoice report with value breakdown before value-added tax.

Check the box labeled 'Separate Pre-VAT Type' Then click the 'Export' button.

When you click to view the document, there will be columns labeled "Exempted Tax Items," "0% Tax Items," and "7% Tax Items" as shown in the example image below.

  • Option 3 : Download the selected purchase tax invoice report with document reference numbers and value breakdown before value-added tax.

Check the boxes labeled 'Show Document Reference Number' and 'Separate Pre-VAT Type' Then click the 'Export' button.

When you click to view the document, there will be columns labeled 'VAT Exempted Amount', 'VAT0% Amount', and 'VAT7% Amount' and 'Document Reference Number' as shown in the example image below.
