Business Identity Verification (NS010)
Updated over a year ago

In the PEAK Program, you can verify your organization to prevent the unauthorized creation of an organization on PEAK and increase trustworthiness. The process is as follows:

Step 1: Go to the settings menu and click on "Verify Organization"

Step 2: PEAK Program will pop-up about benefits for verifying the organization, You can click "Understand" for the next step.

Step 3: Attach the necessary documents for identity verification.

The PEAK Program will show your organization's information and provide an option to attach identity verification documents.

There are three main documents required for identity verification, and you can submit three of them through the PEAK Program:

  1. Company Certification (DBD) not older than 3 months.

  2. Copy of the ID Card of the Director (as authorized in the certification letter)

  3. Value Added Tax Registration Certificate (PP.20) for businesses registered for value-added tax.

Once the files are attached, click 'Next'

Step 4: The PEAK Program will request identity verification on PEAK and notify the terms and conditions for the verification process. After that, select 'I accept terms and conditions' and click 'Next'.

Step 5: The PEAK Program will present the agreement for consent from MatchLink, as verifying the business identity on PEAK automatically registers you as a member of MatchLink. Click 'Accept' and 'Confirm' the information.

Once the verification organization is successful, a "Verified" symbol will be displayed on the new document page, and other benefits as indicated will be provided.

When creating a document with the organization verified, trading partners will see your organization's logo.

If someone else tries to register with the same 13-digit identification number, the PEAK Program will alert a warning stating, "Your organization has already verified. Please contact our support." preventing duplication.
