The fact that products sell well will no longer be a hindrance to accounting in the future. PEAK is developing a data import system from leading e-commerce platforms, including Lazada and Shopee, which allows direct importing from both systems. Additionally, it enables you to review the accuracy of the data and make modifications or add/remove details before saving it.
Recommend for:
Accountants who handle accounts for online sellers through Lazada/Shopee.
Business owners who sell products through Lazada/Shopee need to issue receipts to customers who place orders.
Summary of the usage process:
Prepare the product codes in Lazada/Shopee to match PEAK.
Download the completed sales report from Lazada/Shopee.
Go to the function : Import document >> Lazada/Shopee.
Select the contacts, payment method, and shipping account for record.
Select the file for import and recheck its accuracy.
Click on "Create All Documents." The system will create receipts and record accounting entries
How to Import Files on New PEAK:
Go to the Import Documents menu >> click on the 'Lazada/Shopee' button.
The system will show a pop-up about details that need to be entered:
Select the platform and the file to be imported.
Setting Record Document:
Choose the contact for generating receipts for all transactions (it is recommended to use the name "General Customer" or "Shopee/Lazada Customer").
Select the payment method for record.
Select Document Issue Date, You can reference from Order Date, Payment Date, or Delivered Date.
Select Ref Product Form, You can reference from Product Code, Lazada SKU, or Shopee. (Much be set code in PEAK before using this function)
For businesses that record shipping fees as revenue, select this option and the service number to be recorded (it is recommended to add a new service at Products menu called "Shipping Revenue").
After entering all information, you can drag and drop or click "Search" to search the import file in the field below and click on "Import"
The system will take you to the Create Import Document - Receipt page that you can edit or add more information. When all information is rechecked as correct, click on "Create All Documents."
Downloading files from Lazada:
Go to the Lazada Seller Center function and select the "Orders" menu, then choose "Orders."
Select the "Shipped" tab, enter the desired period range, and select "Export" for all delivered orders.
You will receive a .xlsx file from Lazada, which can be imported into the New PEAK.
Note for Lazada:
The Product Code in PEAK and the Seller SKU in Lazada must match. If they don't match, the system will leave it blank on the import page.
The document creation date in PEAK follows the "Create at" date in Lazada.
The document reference number in PEAK is based on the Order Number in Lazada.
The selling price of the product is based on the unitPrice, and the discount amount is calculated by subtracting the paidPrice.
Downloading files from Shopee:
Go to the Shopee Seller Centre function, click on the bell icon, and select "My Sales."
Choose the "Completed" tab, enter the desired date range, and click on "Export." Then proceed to download the file.
You will receive an order completed.xlsx file from Shopee, which can be imported into the PEAK.
Note for Shopee:
The Product Code in PEAK and the SKU in Shopee must match. If they don't match, the system will leave it blank on the import page.
The document creation date in PEAK follows the payment date in the Shopee report.
The document reference number in PEAK is based on the order number of Shopee.
Due to Shopee's template updates, it is advised to delete columns from BB to BP, save the file, and then import it into the document import.
