Here you can control whether the product is Active, or Shareable. Shareable would be used for a central catering team who wish to control the stock across multiple outlets centrally. Basically enabling you to make one change that filters out to all sites/outlets.

If you make the product shareable, then the product will be visible across all other outlets that you have (if you have more than one outlet on your account) in their Product List, although it will still be "owned" and be able to be edited in the outlet it was originally created under.

You can choose to have the same price (in which case select lock price) or you can choose to switch into another outlet and edit the product there to set a different price.
