MISapp - not supported after 1st September 2023

As of September 1st, 2023, we discontinued support for the MISapp names import system. We have taken several measures, including sending out multiple emails and popups, to inform you about this change and our move to our new tool Trac for Contacts. If you rely on MISapp to import data from your SIMS platform to Tali, and it ceases to function, please note that we will be unable to provide direct assistance. In such cases, we recommend referring to our help pages for potential solutions to address the issue, these can be found on our support pages - MISapp Help

What does this mean for you?

1. End of Technical Support: From September 1st, 2023, our technical support team will no longer provide assistance or troubleshooting for the MISapp system. We kindly request that you refrain from reaching out to our support channels for any further inquiries related to the system.

2. No Further Updates or Enhancements: After the discontinuation date, we will no longer release updates, new features, or enhancements for the MISapp system.

The system will remain accessible, but we encourage you to migrate to our new data tool, Trac for Contacts, a new partnership with Groupcall Xporter which allows for an agile and flexible solution that seamlessly transfers school data safely and securely from any MIS system straight to Tali.

We can migrate you now if you wish to do so to Trac for Contacts (Xporter) but please be advised the setup queue will be 2-3 weeks for completion at busy times.
