Updated over 2 weeks ago

Overview:

Pebl makes it easy to provide receipts, no matter how the payment was made. Depending on the payment method, receipts are either sent automatically or shared manually via SMS, a direct link, or by scanning a QR code.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

📲 For Payment Link & QR Code Payments:

  1. The customer accesses the Pebl checkout via a payment link or QR code.

  2. They are required to enter their name and email address to complete the payment.

  3. Once the payment is successful, a receipt is automatically emailed to the customer.

📱 For Tap to Pay on iPhone or Android:

1. After a successful payment, the Pebl app will display receipt sharing options.

  2. You can share the receipt with the customer via:

    • SMS (sent directly to their phone)

    • Link (copied and shared through any messaging platform)

    • QR Code (customer scans the code displayed on your phone to view the receipt in their browser)

3. If the customer doesn’t want a receipt, simply skip the sharing options.
