Once the gift card feature is enabled, customers can use a gift card to pay during checkout. They can either scan the gift card QR code or provide the restaurant staff with the gift card number or the phone number associated with the gift card. The staff member can then use this information to process the payment and inform the customer of the remaining amount. If the gift card's balance is not enough to cover the full bill, the remaining amount can be paid using another payment method.

On the payment page, click [Gift Card] under "Other Payment."

If the customer has the physical gift card with them or if they have the e-gift card QR code, the staff can just scan the barcode or QR code on the card. The card can be applied to the order immediately.

Enter the phone number associated with the gift card and click [Send a code]. This will send a code to the mobile number provided. Enter the received code and then click [Continue].

You can now see all the gift card information associated with the mobile number provided. Select the gift card you want to use and click [Confirm].

Verify with the customer if they wish to use the selected gift card and then click [Confirm and Pay] to use the gift card. If the gift card balance is enough to cover the entire check, click [Confirm and Pay] to make the full payment, if not click [Split Amount and Pay $xx] to use the remaining balance on the card and use another payment method for the rest of the amount.

If the balance is enough: Once the payment is successful, click [Done] to return to the order page.

If the balance is not enough to cover the check: After successfully using the remaining balance on the gift card, you can click [Go to Next Payment] to return to the payment page or choose another payment method to pay the rest of the amount.

For manual entry, just put down the 16-digit gift card number.

The rest of the operation is the same as above.

Here is a receipt for a split payment partially made using a gift card.

Navigate to Peblla Store Portal > Settings > Payment Settings, and find [Enable Gift Card Tipping] under Tip Settings. Make sure this option is turned on.

After the customer selects the gift card for payment, a tipping window will pop up for customers and servers to select tip options. Similarly, if the gift card cannot cover the total amount after tip, the system will ask for a second payment method.

Choose [Gift Card] as your payment method.

If the gift card balance is enough:

If the gift card balance is not enough: Click on the gift card and then choose an additional payment method.

Click [Place Order] to open the payment window.

If the balance is enough: Choose [Gift Card] to make a payment.

If the balance is not enough: Choose [Gift Card], then select a credit card to pay the remaining amount and click [Place Order] to make payment.

You will see this page after successful payment.

Log in as a member on the payment page, and then click [Pay] to go to the payment page.

If there is any gift card associated with your account, the [Pay with Gift Card] button will appear at the bottom. Choose the gift card you wish to use, and then click [Pay With This Gift Card] to make the payment.
