In this article, we will guide you through setting up third-party delivery integration on the Peblla system. Once integrated, the POS system will automatically receive and process orders placed by customers on third-party platforms. If you choose to manage 3rd-party menus from Peblla's platform, item data will also sync to 3rd-parties.
Note:
Please ensure your store has already been set up on the third-party platform before configuring the integration.
The order number displayed in the POS order details corresponds to the order number on the third-party platform.

Enable Third-Party Integration Feature
In the Peblla Store Portal, navigate to Integration > 3rd Party Configuration. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click [Upgrade Now] to contact our support team. Once your request is completed, we will enable the feature for you.
No Menu Integration v. Menu Integration
Once the feature is activated, the layout will change. Under Integration > 3rd Party Config, you will find three available delivery channels for integration.
The first step is to decide your integration strategy:
No menu integration: you will need to set up menus on each platforms separately. Only order data is passed to Peblla POS and Peblla is only responsible for printing the orders out automatically for you.
Peblla-managed: item configuration and item status are managed from Peblla's end. Any changes to the synchronized menu on Peblla's side will result in changes in third-party menus. Sold out status will also sync to 3rd-parties.
If you don't want synchronized menu, please skip to the next section>>>
If you choose to use Peblla-managed menu synchronization, select an existing menu to copy to the third parties.
Price Adjustment
Price Adjustments let you set higher prices on the menus you push to third-party platforms than your in-store prices. You can configure them separately for items and add-ons.
For each rule, you set:
Platform: choose which platforms the rule applies to. Each platform can only be used in one rule.
Increase: the markup, as either a percentage (e.g., 15%) or a fixed amount (e.g., $2.00).
Price Ending (optional): round adjusted prices up to consistent endings, such as .49, .79, or .99. This is available only when your increase is a percentage; leave it blank to use the default round-up.
Adjusted price = original price × (1 + percentage) + fixed amount, always rounded up. If you've set a Price Ending, the price then rounds up to the nearest ending you specified.
Example: A $12.44 item with a 15% markup and endings of .49 / .79 / .99 →
12.44 × 1.15 = 14.306 → rounded up to the nearest ending → $14.49
Menu Sync Rules
Under Peblla-managed, your full menu is pushed to your platforms automatically:
Right after you select and save your menu
When you log into a third-party platform
At the end of each business day
Whenever an item or add-on is marked Sold Out / Out of Stock or set back to Available
You can also sync manually anytime from the backend. (Note: automatic sold-out/back-in-stock syncing only applies to items your platforms already have — brand-new items need a full sync first.)
Printing
Since all item information are managed from Peblla's end, all your 3rd-party item printing will just follow the printing configuration you have set up in-store.
Please note: Grubhub can take up to 7 business days to approve under menu synchronization mode.
For more information on menu synchronization, please visit Integration - Menu Synchronization FAQ.
Authorize 3rd-Party Accounts
Then, enable the corresponding channel and click [Authorize Now] to proceed with account verification.
Grub hub, UberEats, DoorDash:
Please visit this article for further information.
Note: When integrate with UberEats, please choose 'UberEats Full Mode' instead of 'UberEats Read Only'.

Please follow the guided steps.
Printing Configuration (Only Needed for No-Menu Sync)
Under Peblla-managed, the 3rd Party Menu and Printer Config menus are hidden (item/printer management moves to your regular Peblla menu/printers)
After authorizing and activating all third-party accounts, navigate to Integration > 3rd Party Menu to view your third-party menus. Here, you can see the item name, description, price, status, the channel it originates from, and the printer it is assigned to. Items from different channels will not be combined, even if they have the same name.
Smart Mapping
With the new Smart Mapping feature, the Peblla system will compare third-party item names with names in our system, and then determine which printer a third-party item will be printed to, so you don't have to edit each item manually.
You can see items from Uber Eats and DoorDash immediately after connection. Items from Grubhub, however, can only be displayed after the items are ordered.
Fall Back Printer
If third-party item names cannot be matched with any item in our system, you can set up a Fall Back Printer that will print out everything that could not be mapped.
Go to Integration > Printer Config, find the printer, and click the action button.
Turn on the Fall Back Printer option:
Manual Adjustment
Manual adjustment will override the default Smart Mapping setting.
You can either change the printer under Integration > 3rd Party Menu or usw [Edit Printers].
Use the Edit Printers window to change default settings.
Or, you can go to Integration > Printer Config, where you will find all printers associated with your store. Select the printer you want the item tickets to print to and click the [Edit] button.
Turn on [Enable 3rd Party Kitchen Print] and then select which item should print to the printer. If you choose [All Items], then everything will print to the printer.
If you want to print only the selected items, select [Special Items], check all applicable items, and click [Save]. Remember, if you add new items on third-party channels, you will need to return to this page and select these new items.
To keep your item names concise and remove excessive category group names, select [Do Not Print] instead of the default [Always Print] under [Print Options Group Name].
Third-Party Order History
Third-party orders are separated from the Peblla order history. You can find them under [Integration] - [Orders]. The page layout is the same as Peblla's order history page. Click the blue order number to see more details.
All third-party orders can be viewed under [Online Orders] on POS.
In the left sidebar, you will find [3rd Party Orders].
Receiving Third-Party Order
After receiving a third-party order, you need to accept the order within the platform's designated time, or the order will be canceled. Therefore, please make sure your Peblla POS has the [auto-accept] feature on.
