If replacement parts are required (e.g., worn parts that need replacing), both the parts and the labor for replacement will be charged separately. We never replace anything without your consent; you will always be contacted with a price estimate before we proceed with additional work. This way, you always have full control over what is done to your bike, and there will never be any unexpected surprises.

Our recommended serviceplan:
We generally recommend servicing your eBike every 2,000 km ridden. Additionally, we advise that the bike undergoes a major service at least once a year (Diamond 💎), where the bike is disassembled, and all bearings, wear parts, and other vital components are inspected for wear, serviced, lubricated, and adjusted.

In our experience, this is crucial to ensure your eBike remains in optimal condition and performs at its best without unforeseen issues. Regular servicing also helps prevent major problems and breakdowns.

Please note that when choosing our most comprehensive service package (Diamond 💎), the labor cost for replacing wear parts (only wear parts) is included in the price of the service.

Depending on your usage, this service is recommended for a newly purchased eBike or one that has been lightly used with low mileage since the last service.

Our most comprehensive service package ensures your eBike is thoroughly inspected from A to Z. This service includes partial disassembly of the bike to ensure all components are checked for wear, adjusted, and cleaned. The bike will also receive a thorough wash using seasonal care products from Muc-Off, ensuring it is both clean and well-maintained.

This package is ideal for: Bikes that need a thorough and detailed inspection, with most vital parts being checked, adjusted, and serviced. This ensures the bike operates optimally and helps prevent unnecessary wear and tear.
