How to adjust the zoom settings on your browser to fix screen formatting

If the formatting on your screen is problematic (eg. You cannot reach a button, or the text is too small), it may be that your browser needs to be zoomed in or out.

Below are quick guides to control the zoom level for the following web browsers:

  1. Google Chrome

  2. Mac Safari

  3. Microsoft Edge

  4. Mozilla Firefox

Why can't I reach the button?

If a button is visible, but you cannot get to it, it may be that your web browser is zoomed in too far. To zoom out so you can see and access the full screen:

1. Click on the training course below.
2. In the lesson, navigate to the video that refers to the browser you are using.
3. Watch the video to learn how to adjust your web browser settings.
4. Adjust your settings.

5. Ideally you want it at 100%. Over 100% will make everything larger. Under 100% will make everything smaller.

Why can't I scroll all the way down?

If it feels like you cannot scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen, and this is restricting your ability to reach all the buttons in Pegasus, it may be that your web browser is zoomed in too far.

To zoom out so you can see and access the full screen:
