You can sign up for a Pelago account by linking your KrisFlyer, Google, or Facebook account, or alternatively, by using your email address.
Sign up with your KrisFlyer, Google or Facebook account
Select the platform of your choice (KrisFlyer, Google or Facebook)
Sign in to your account and follow the procedures
Upon successful account creation, you will receive a Welcome Email

On the top bar, click on 'Sign up'
To sign up with your email, click on 'Continue with email'
Enter your email and click on 'Create account'
You will receive a 6-digit One-Time Pin (OTP) to the email address keyed in. Check your Spam or Junk folder if you are unable to locate the email in your main Inbox and unmark us from Spam
Enter the 6-digit OTP to complete the account creation
Upon successful account creation, you will receive a Welcome Email.
You won’t be prompted to create a password unless you choose to do so.
You will be able to create a password in your Profile Settings, under Password Set-Up after the account has been created
Once done, you're all set!
