Where can I find my Booking ID?

Your Booking ID is important for identifying your booking on Pelago. It follows the format PGXXXXXXXX, which consists of "PG" followed by a string of alphanumeric digits.

You can find your Booking ID in the following places:

  1. Pending or confirmed booking email

  2. 'Bookings' page on Pelago website (for registered users)

  3. Pelago voucher

  4. On the Kris+ App, click on the Pelago icon followed by 'View Bookings via Kris+'

      1. Sender email: booking@notifications.pelago.co

      2. Subject line: Your booking is pending

      1. Sender email: booking@notifications.pelago.co

      2. Subject line: We've Confirmed Your Booking: XXXXXXX

  2. 'Bookings' page on Pelago website (for registered users)

    1. Go to pelago.co and Log In from the top right menu

    2. Click on 'Bookings' from the drop-down menu

    3. You will see a list of upcoming and past bookings and the Booking ID for each booking

  3. Pelago voucher

Your Booking ID can be found on the top right of your Pelago voucher*, above the QR code.
*Some vouchers are issued directly by our provider partners, and will look different to the sample
