What is Pelago on Kris+?

You can now book Pelago experiences directly through the Kris+ app! Browse our hand-picked experiences and pay with Kris+ to enjoy exclusive rewards.

Key Terminology for Kris+ Transactions

To help you understand your Kris+ bookings and rewards, here are some key terms used in the app:

  • KrisPay: The payment processor used when you make purchases or bookings through the Kris+ app. All payments via the app are handled through KrisPay.

  • KrisPay Miles: Miles earned when you transact using the Kris+ app. These are different from KrisFlyer Miles and are credited to your KrisPay account. You can choose to transfer KrisPay Miles to your KrisFlyer account within 21 days of credit.

  • KrisFlyer Miles: Miles earned directly through your KrisFlyer account, separate from KrisPay Miles.

  • Pelago Bookings via Kris+: When you book Pelago experiences using the Kris+ app, your booking and payment are linked to your KrisPay account. Miles earned for these bookings will be KrisPay Miles.

    1. How do I make bookings on Pelago via Kris+?

      1. Open the Kris+ app and tap the “Pelago” button on the home page.

      2. You will be directed to the Pelago Home Page, where you can browse hand-picked attractions.

      3. Select your preferred attraction and proceed to payment.'

  2. Account Requirements

    1. Do I need an account to make a booking at Pelago?

      1. You do not need to create a separate Pelago account when booking through Kris+

      2. The Kris+ app uses your KrisFlyer login, so all bookings are automatically linked to your account

      3. You can view your bookings:

        1. Directly in the Kris+ app, or

        2. By logging in with your KrisFlyer details on Pelago.co

  3. Payment Options

    1. What payment methods can I use on the Kris+ app?

      1. KrisPay Miles

      2. Debit/Credit card via Google Pay (Android) or Apple Pay (iOS)

      3. Combination of KrisPay Miles and debit/credit card

      4. All payments transacted through Kris+ SGD

      5. Supported Cards:

        1. All Visa and Mastercard® debit/credit cards supported by Google Pay or Apple Pay are accepted.

        2. For card compatibility questions, please contact your card issuer

    2. I am being directed to the Pelago website instead of KrisPay when making payment.

      1. Update your Kris+ app to the latest version to ensure seamless booking.
        ​

    3. I do not have sufficient KrisPay miles. Can I make a partial payment?

      1. On the payment screen, toggle “Use KrisPay miles” to apply available Krispay miles.

      2. Any remaining balance can be paid via Apple Pay or Google Pay linked to your KrisPay wallet.

      3. Alternatively, top up your KrisPay wallet by converting KrisFlyer miles to KrisPay Miles

  4. Earning Miles

    1. Can I earn KrisFlyer miles when booking on Pelago?

      1. Earn 3 KrisPay miles per SGD 1 spent (check the app for the latest earn rates and promotions)

      2. KrisPay miles can be transferred to your KrisFlyer account within 21 days of the transaction.

        1. Tap the “Transfer to KrisFlyer” button in the miles earned confirmation or transaction details screen.

        2. Transfers must be done in full; partial transfers are not allowed.

  5. Viewing Your Bookings and Vouchers

    1. How do I view my Pelago bookings in the Kris+ app?

      1. Tap the Pelago icon on the home screen.

      2. Select “View Bookings via Kris+”.

      3. Only bookings paid via Kris+ from 23 October 2024 onwards will be visible

    2. How can I access my confirmation vouchers?

      1. Currently, voucher downloads are not available in the Kris+ app.

      2. Alternatively, you can access vouchers via:

        1. WhatsApp (if applicable)

        2. Booking confirmation email

        3. Your Pelago account via Pelago.co (Log in using KrisFlyer login)

  6. Booking Issues and Support

    1. I have an issue with my Pelago booking made via Kris+ app. Who can I contact?

      1. Please reach out to us, and our team will assist you with your booking issue.
        ​

    2. I am not able to use a promo code for my Pelago booking via Kris+ app.

      1. Promo codes cannot be applied when booking via Kris+.

      2. To use Pelago promo codes, please book directly on Pelago Web or App.

  7. Refunds

    1. How long will the refund take to process?

      1. Approved refund requests are processed within 14 business days.

      2. For debit/credit card refunds, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  8. Promotions

    1. Why are there different promotions when I book on Pelago.com, Pelago app, and Kris+?

      1. Pelago offers different promotions across platforms to give you flexibility to choose which platform to book from!
