Key Terminology for Kris+ Transactions
To help you understand your Kris+ bookings and rewards, here are some key terms used in the app:
KrisPay: The payment processor used when you make purchases or bookings through the Kris+ app. All payments via the app are handled through KrisPay.
KrisPay Miles: Miles earned when you transact using the Kris+ app. These are different from KrisFlyer Miles and are credited to your KrisPay account. You can choose to transfer KrisPay Miles to your KrisFlyer account within 21 days of credit.
KrisFlyer Miles: Miles earned directly through your KrisFlyer account, separate from KrisPay Miles.
Pelago Bookings via Kris+: When you book Pelago experiences using the Kris+ app, your booking and payment are linked to your KrisPay account. Miles earned for these bookings will be KrisPay Miles.
Getting Started with Pelago on Kris+
How do I make bookings on Pelago via Kris+?
Open the Kris+ app and tap the “Pelago” button on the home page
You will be directed to the Pelago Home Page, where you can browse hand-picked attractions.
Select your preferred attraction and proceed to payment.
Do I need an account to make a booking at Pelago?
You do not need to create a separate Pelago account when booking through Kris+
The Kris+ app uses your KrisFlyer login, so all bookings are automatically linked to your account

What payment methods can I use on the Kris+ app?
You can pay for your transactions on the Kris+ app using the following methods:
KrisPay Miles: Redeem your KrisPay Miles directly for purchases
Debit/Credit Card via Mobile Wallet:
Use Google Pay (Android) or Apple Pay (iOS) to pay with your card
Supported cards: All Visa and Mastercard® debit and credit cards accepted by Google Pay or Apple Pay
For questions about card compatibility, please contact your card issuer
Combination Payment: You can split your payment between KrisPay Miles and a debit/credit card for added flexibility.
Can I change the currency on Kris+?
All payments made through the Kris+ app are transacted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) only.
Currently, Kris+ does not support changing the currency for transactions.
This applies to payments made with KrisPay Miles, debit/credit cards, or a combination of both.
If you hold a card in a different currency, your bank may convert the amount to your card’s currency automatically, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
💭 Tip: For any questions about foreign currency conversion or charges, please contact your card issuer directly.
I am being directed to the Pelago website instead of KrisPay when making payment.
This usually happens if your Kris+ app is not up to date.
Solution:
Make sure your Kris+ app is updated to the latest version from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
Using the latest version ensures a smooth and seamless payment experience within the app
💭 Tip: After updating, try restarting the app before making the payment again.
I do not have sufficient KrisPay miles. Can I make a partial payment?
Yes! You can use your available KrisPay Miles and pay the remaining balance with a linked card.
How to do it:
On the payment screen, toggle “Use KrisPay Miles” to apply the miles you have.
Any remaining balance can be paid via Apple Pay (iOS) or Google Pay (Android) linked to your KrisPay wallet.
💭 Tip: You can also top up your KrisPay wallet by converting KrisFlyer Miles to KrisPay Miles to cover the full payment.
Viewing Your Bookings and Vouchers on Kris+
How do I view my Pelago bookings in the Kris+ app?
You can easily access your Pelago bookings directly within Kris+:
Open the Kris+ app and tap the Pelago icon on the home screen.
Select “View Bookings via Kris+” to see all your upcoming and past bookings
How can I access my confirmation vouchers?
At the moment, voucher downloads are not available directly in the Kris+ app.
You can access your confirmation vouchers through the following alternative methods:
WhatsApp (if applicable)
Booking confirmation email
Your Pelago account via Pelago.co: Log in using your KrisFlyer credentials to view and manage your bookings.

How do I check my bookings?
You can easily view your Pelago bookings in one of two ways:
Directly in the Kris+ app: Tap the Pelago icon on the home screen and select “View Bookings via Kris+”
Via Pelago.co: Log in with your KrisFlyer credentials to access all your bookings and vouchers
I’m unable to use a promo code for my Pelago booking via Kris+.
Currently, promo codes cannot be applied when booking through Kris+.
What you can do:
To use a Pelago promo code, please book directly on the Pelago website or Pelago app.
If you’ve already boked via Kris+ and want to use a promo code, you may need to cancel and rebook directly on Pelago, subject to the booking’s cancellation policy
Refunds for Bookings Made on Kris+
How long will my refund take?
Refunds for Kris+ bookings are typically processed in two steps and may take 2 to 4 weeks from the date of cancellation, depending on your payment method and bank:
Step 1: Payment Processor
Once your refund is approved, it is first processed by the payment processor
This step usually takes up to 14 business days
Step 2: Card Issuer or Bank
After the payment processor completes processing the refund, your card issuer or bank takes additional time to post the refund to your account
This may take an additional 5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Important Notes for Kris+ Refunds:
For debit/credit card refunds on Kris+, expect the total refund time to range between 2 to 4 weeks.
Processing times may vary based on your issuing bank's policies.
