To start earning KrisFlyer Miles, please log in using your KrisFlyer account.
If you logged in using a non-KrisFlyer method (such as Google, Facebook, or email), you can still earn miles by linking your KrisFlyer account by following these steps:
Go to Profile
Select Link KrisFlyer account
You’ll be redirected to the Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer login page
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the login process
Before linking your KrisFlyer account, please make sure:
The email address on your Pelago account matches the email registered with your KrisFlyer account
The name on your Pelago booking matches the name registered on your KrisFlyer account
If the email addresses match, your KrisFlyer account will be automatically linked, and you’ll be able to earn miles on eligible bookings.
If the email addresses do not match, you’ll be prompted the error "Your emails don't match". To proceed, you will need to either:
Log in using the account linked to your KrisFlyer membership, or
Continue with your current account (miles will not be earned in this case)
How soon will the KrisFlyer miles be credited to my KrisFlyer account?
KrisFlyer miles will be credited to your account within a week (or 7 calendar days) after you’ve completed your activity. Miles are credited only if the booking remains confirmed by the time the activity is completed.
How many KrisFlyer miles will I earn if I apply a promo code?
KrisFlyer miles are earned based on the final amount paid after any discounts have been applied to your booking.
What will happen to my earned KrisFlyer miles if my booking is cancelled?
If your booking is cancelled, any earned KrisFlyer miles will be clawed back.
Can I earn Elite Miles and PPS Value on Pelago?
From 1 September 2025, you can earn non-flight Elite Miles through Pelago. This means your Pelago bookings will now also earn Elite Miles and PPS Value!
Elite Miles and PPS Value will be credited to your KrisFlyer account within 7 days after the activity date. You can track the credits in your transaction history, under the relevant sections:
KrisFlyer Miles
Elite Miles
PPS Value (where applicable)
Earning rates:
Elite Miles: 1 Elite Mile per SGD 1 spent
PPS Members: 1 PPS Value per SGD 3 spent
To view a detailed breakdown of these rewards, log in to your KrisFlyer account on the Singapore Airlines website, navigate to Recent Activities, and select "See complete statement".
Bookings paid with KrisPay do not earn KrisFlyer miles. Instead, KrisPay miles are credited based on the applicable promotional campaign during the month of purchase. These miles are typically credited within a few working days. KrisPay miles can also be transferred to your KrisFlyer account within 21 days via the Kris+ app.
