If you redeemed KrisFlyer miles for a booking, you won't earn additional miles for that booking.
If you paid by other methods and didn’t earn miles, check the following:
Activity date has passed: It may take up to 7 days after the activity date for miles to be credited.
Booking is confirmed: Cancelled or failed bookings don’t earn miles.
Correct KrisFlyer number: Ensure your 10-digit KrisFlyer number was entered correctly.
The name on your Pelago booking matches the name on your KrisFlyer account.
What if there’s a name mismatch?
You might notice this immediately or receive an email from KrisFlyer about the mismatch.
All earned KrisFlyer miles are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
We cannot retroactively credit KrisFlyer miles unless:
There was a typo in the name (e.g., John Doe instead of Jogn Doe).
There’s a mismatch between your Chinese and Christian names (e.g., Tan John Doe instead of Tan John).
Forgot to enter my KrisFlyer number. Can I earn miles?
If you didn’t enter your KrisFlyer number during booking, we cannot retroactively credit the miles.
I forgot to enter the promo code for bonus miles. What should I do?
Promo codes for KrisFlyer bonus miles must be entered during checkout before payment is completed. If the promo code was not applied at the time of booking, bonus miles cannot be added after the booking is confirmed.
What this means
Bonus miles promo codes are validated automatically during checkout
Once payment is completed, the promo code for bonus niles cannot be applied retroactively
Only base KrisFlyer miles (if eligible) will be credited for the booking
What you can do next
Check the cancellation policy: If your booking is still within the free cancellation period, you may choose to cancel it and make a new booking with the promo code for bonus miles applied.
