How do I redeem KrisFlyer miles to make a booking?

Identify activities that can support KrisFlyer miles redemption.
1. Activities that specify the number of KrisFlyer miles required for a booking indicate that it is eligible for KrisFlyer Miles redemption:
At "Payment" stage, simply select the “KrisFlyer miles” option.
Thereafter, you will be prompted to log in to your KrisFlyer account

Please ensure:
- The KrisFlyer account has sufficient KrisFlyer miles to make the payment.
  - The redemption rate is 100 KrisFlyer miles per 1 SGD.
  - The minimum redemption amount is 1,000 KrisFlyer miles per transaction.
  - The number of KrisFlyer miles required will be reflected on the "Order Summary" when booking.
  - Redemptions have to be made in full for the total value of your booking.
- The names entered on the "Booking Details" page match the First and Last Names registered on the KrisFlyer account.
Your KrisFlyer miles will be deducted when you initiate a booking.
In some cases where the booking isn’t finalised, the deduction still applies. Rest assured that we’ll assist you promptly with a reversal if this happens.

On the Kris+ mobile application,

Open the Kris+ mobile application on your smart device and log in
Upon successful log in, you'll find a "Pelago" icon at the top bar
Click on the "Pelago" icon, followed by "Go to Pelago"
You will be redirected to the mobile version of Pelago's website. Here, you will be able to place a booking as well!
