Creating Your Customer Account

Complete these simple steps before you order

Welcome to Pelican Delivers!

Looking to get Cannabis Delivered? Or perhaps you want to reserve an order for pickup to save time. Pelican Delivers makes it easy to do both.

First we need some basic information and we need to confirm your age. After all, legal recreational cannabis is for adults 21 years of age and older.

  • Pelican Delivers is eager to serve Medical Marijuana Patients but does not currently have the framework to do so. If you are a medical marijuana patient and would like to be notified when our medical services launch, click here.


Step 1: Go to our customer Signup page

Step 2: Enter in your basic information

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address (this will be used to login to your account later)

  • Password

  • Date of Birth

  • Phone Number

  • Are you a Medical Patient?

    • If yes, choose your State from the dropdown and upload a picture of your Patient Authorization Form.

Step 3: Berbix Verification

  • Click the "Verify with Passport, Driving License, ID Card" button.

  • Enter your mobile phone number on the Berbix Pop-up screen.

  • Click Submit. A text will be sent your mobile phone.

  • On your Mobile Device, click the link provided in the automated text.

  • Follow Berbix instructions to complete the ID Scanning and verification process.

Once you have finished Berbix verification you will be redirected back to the signup page and should see the "All Set" sign. The page will automatically redirect you once more to our websites homepage and you will be logged into your new user account.

Now that your account has been created and verified, it's time to place your first order.
