The company verification process is needed to enjoy the full benefits and features of Pemo, including the Pemo Corporate Cards, and also for us to comply with local laws and regulations.
The verification process is simple! Log into your Pemo account, click "start now" under "verify your company" in the get started checklist, and start filling out the form.
You will need to upload the following valid (not expired) documents :
Trade/Commercial License
Memorandum/Articles of Association (if applicable)
Recent bank reference letter or a bank statement - less than one-month-old (learn how to request this from your online banking)
Passport / EID (if applicable) of the Shareholders (owning 10+% of the company), Directors, and Signatories.
Make sure to create a shareholder profile for each shareholder owning 10% or more of your company on the KYB form!
