How to get a bank reference letter

Step 1: Log in to your online banking. On your home page and under services, click on "View All"

Step 2: Select IBAN / Bank Reference Letter

Step 3: Select the account you want to issue a bank reference for

Step 4: Confirm your request

Step 1: Login to your online banking. From menu bar, click on Services, then select "Bank requests"

Step 2: Click on "Accounts"

Step 3: Click on "Request for Bank Reference Letter"

Step 4: Select the account you want to issue a bank reference for and fill in all the fields.

Step 5: Click "Proceed" to confirm your reques

Step 1: log-in to your online banking and click on PROCASH

Step 2: Go to Account Services > Account Details > Select Accounts

Step 3: Select the account you want to issue a bank reference for and click generate
