Finding your billing information is very simple - just follow this guide to get your information!

Step 1: Go to your account settings.

Step 2: Click on the Billing Section.

FAQs

  • How can I pay the invoices?

    > You can pay with any debit/credit card or with the Pemo wallet

    [promote always the Pemo wallet]

  • Can I change my payment method?

    > Yes, you can choose between Payment with card and pay with your Pemo wallet

  • Can I delete the payment method?

    > Unfortunately not, a payment method always needs to be selected.

  • Why I cannot get the invoices before June 2024?

    > The invoices on this page have been available only since June 2024, for any older invoices, please reach support.

  • What happens if a user adds a new Payment card?
    > The old card will be removed and never saved.

  • What happens to the saved card if a user selects to pay with the wallet?

    > The card will be saved and will not be deleted. Always 1 card is saved.
