1. How do I start and stop screen share?
In order to access screen-sharing abilities, the user must first start or join the call. To learn more about starting or joining a call, you can view the following Article: Starting or Joining a Call in Pencil Spaces.
To screen share,
Below your video feed, you'll see a set of video controls.
βClick on the Screen Share Icon as shown below and wait for a pop-up to appear.
βYou'll see a pop-up on your screen asking you which screen you want to share. You can choose between your entire screen, a specific window, or a specific tab in your browser if you are using Chrome.
Select the screen you want to share with your participants and click the "Share" button.
Post screen sharing, you'll see another box pop-up on top of your video feed where your screen share is visible.
βTo stop screen sharing, click on the blue button to "Stop Sharing".
βor, Click on the "Screenshare" button from the tool bar and choose "Stop Screenshare".
βIt's important to note that Pencil Spaces supports multi-screensharing. This means that you can have more than one active screenshare at one time, so multiple participants are able to share their screens simultaneously using the same steps.
βYou can also share your audio by simply toggling-on the following switch while choosing screen

2. How do I view a screen share?
To view a screen share,
To expand on your screen share, hover over the screen share on top of your video feed and click on the 3-dot menu
