There are two main ways to invite people to your Pencil Space:
Invite by Name or Email
Click the Invite button at the top right of your Space.
Type in the person’s email address. You can also search by name if you're part of an institution.
Choose their role:
Participant – access to all tools except management (best for students).
Host – full access to all tools (best for teachers/presenters).
(Optional) Check Notify people if you want users to receive an invitation via email.
Click Send to deliver the invite instantly.
Invite by Link
Click the Copy button at the top right of your Space, and share it with others.
You can also share your Space link directly to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or Facebook from the Invite modal by clicking their icons.
💡Pro Tips:
If your Space is Public, any signed-in user with the link can join directly. If your Space is Private, participants will need your approval before joining.
You can update your Space’s privacy settings via the Invite modal.
More Ways to Share
You don’t even need to open the Space to send invites—you can do it all from the Space Manager.
Invite by Name or Email
Hover your Space, then click the Details button
Click the "Invite others" button
Invite by Link
Hover your Space, then click the Copy link button
Alternatively, you can also find a Copy link button inside the Space details
