How do I access my App Library?

Within your Pencil Spaces App Library, you have access to dozens of your favorite apps right at your fingertips!

Don’t see the App you’re looking for within your Library? Let us know!

If you’re looking for a web-based tool within your App Library, use our Web Viewer! To learn more about how to use our Web Viewer, read the following article: What is a Web Viewer, and how do I use it?

Accessing your App Library is easy! Start by navigating to the bottom left corner of your Whiteboard and select the “Apps” button. This will take you to your App Library.

Your App Library has many capabilities. If you would like to find an existing app within your App Library, a search bar is available to easily help you locate what you’re looking for.

If you would like to open an App, however, make it only visible to you, you can create a Private App. To learn more about how to create a Private App, please read the following article: How to open a Private App in Pencil Spaces.
