Web Viewer access controls whether participants can interact with a Web Viewer when its creator is not in the Space.
Access options:
Always available
Participants can continue using and interacting with the Web Viewer even when the owner is not in the Space.
Only available when the host is in the Space
Participants can only access the Web Viewer while the owner is present.
Note
Access settings can be changed at any time
Ideal for controlling when students can interact with embedded content
Useful for both live sessions and self-paced review
How to Change Web Viewer Access
Click the More (⋯) button in the top-right corner.
Select Make always available (or disable it to restrict access).
