Web Viewer access determines whether others can use the Web Viewer when its creator is not in the Space. There are two settings you can choose from:

  • Always available: Keeps the Web Viewer active and editable for all participants, even when the owner is not present in the Space.

  • Only available when the host is in the Space: Restricts access so participants can only interact with the Web Viewer while the owner is present.

See this video to learn more:

Always available

  1. As the Web Viewer’s owner, click the three dots in the top-right corner of the Web Viewer.

  2. Then, select “Make always available.”

  3. This allows participants to keep using the Web Viewer even when you’re not in the Space, until you choose to turn it off.

Only available when host is in the Space

When this setting is turned off, participants cannot interact with the Web Viewer unless its owner is present in the Space.

They’ll see an access restricted message with the option to Notify owner.

Selecting this button sends a request to the Web Viewer’s creator, who can then decide whether to grant access.
