We receive hundreds of applicants a month. Each designer has to go through several tests to prove they are a qualified designer. Our testing allows the designer to showcase their skills and specializations to ensure the designer is knowledgeable in graphic arts. If they pass the series of tests, we only keep the top 2% of performers. In terms of what these tests look like, they have a multitude of set criteria that must be met and styles that must be presented to ensure the designer is well-rounded.
