Protect your account with biometric login πŸ“±
Log in to your Penny account > Settings > Preferences > Turn on Face/Fingerprint verification.
Once you have this turned on, it means only you can log in to your Penny app.

Keep your personal details safe & up to date πŸͺͺ
Please never share your personal details, like your NI number, with any person or company you do not trust or suspect to be fraudulent. When storing your personal information, make sure only you have access and it is protected.

We need to make sure your personal details are correct to keep your Penny account safe. If they have changed and you need to update them, log in to your app > go to settings > Personal Details > hit 'Chat with Support'.
If you have changed your phone number, please send an email to support@pennypension.com.

Never answer a phone call from someone claiming to be Penny ❌ πŸ“ž
Penny does not operate a phone line, so we will never reach out to you this way. We will contact you via the app if we need to discuss your account.
If someone calls you claiming to be from Penny, please end the call and report the incident to our customer support team.

Suspicious emails πŸ“§
Scammers could try to gain access to your account by emailing you pretending to be from Penny.

We sometimes use email when in-app live chat isn't available, but if you receive any unsolicited contact from us, please check the email address you received it from.
If it isn't from support@pennypension.com or office@pennypension.com, it could be a scammer.

If you do receive an email from someone claiming to be from Penny, be careful of any hyperlinks and do not click them unless you know they are safe.
