So why do we need this?
We use things like your NI number to ensure your pension providers can locate your old pensions. 🔍
When requesting policy information from your old pension providers, all the personal data we hold (address, name, age etc) must match what they hold. If it doesn't, then we will not be able to get policy details due to security procedures. 🔒
We also need your personal data for our own internal security procedures. For example, asking security questions if you want to update the phone number for your account. 👮♂️
