So why do we need this?
We use your personal details (such as NI number) to help track down your pensions with other providers.
When requesting policy information from your old pension providers, all the personal data we hold (address, name, age etc) must match what they hold. If it doesn't, then we will not be able to get policy details due to their security procedures. 🔒
We also need your personal data for our own internal security procedures. We need to ensure only you can access, update and make changes to your Penny Pension.
