The short answer is that it varies.

Penny will reach out to the pension provider that is holding your pension to confirm they’ve got your money, and get lots of info about it. 💻

Some pension schemes respond quickly - within a week - while some of the older schemes can take up to 6 weeks! 🦖

Once we have received the necessary information about your pension, we'll tell you about it, and prepare to transfer your pension into your Penny pension account. The actual transfer usually takes about 14 days. In rare circumstances (because some pension providers are slow! 🐌) it can take up to several weeks, but we'll keep you updated throughout the process.
