We'd be sad to see you go, but you can close your Penny account anytime.

If you have any feedback for us, please do let us know. We're aiming to continuously improve the experience for our users and take all feedback onboard.

If you haven't yet transferred to Penny, you can close your account within the app. Simply head to Settings > Scroll down > Close Account.

If you've already transferred to Penny, you'll need to transfer out before you can close your account with us. You can transfer out of Penny anytime, and we don't charge any fees for doing so.

For all the steps, including any account information your new provider will need, please head to Settings > Scroll down to Actions > Transfer out of Penny.
