If you've changed your phone number, please let us know via live chat or support@pennypension.com so we can get this updated for you.

Please let us know your new phone number, old phone number, date of birth and full name.

We'll also require some proof of ID for security:

  • Passport

  • Full or provisional UK driving licence

  • UK biometric residence permit (both sides)

Please ensure all four corners of the document are visible and that they are within the valid date range.
