System settings areas

Assigning access to the settings area for a specific location.

As an admin, you can give users access rights to certain system settings in PeopleHR.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: When you give access to any of the system settings areas, you apply it only to the location you selected for that user.

The table below outlines each settings area you can enable for your users in addition to standard access rights.

Settings

Holiday & Absence

If you have access to the Holiday & Absence Settings for multiple locations, you can switch between locations and update the settings for each.

Authorisations

Create authorisation rules for the specific location you have access to.

When selecting approvers, you can select anyone in the company to approve requests from this location.

Accruals

Create accrual rules for the specific location you have access.

Performance

Create performance reviews and view existing review templates for the specific location you have access to.

You need the standard performance access right to have admin access to an employeeโ€™s performance review.

ATS

Access to all ATS settings.

You can update the default pipeline order, create email templates, configure applications, and vacancy settings.

Localisation

View and edit the default language for the location you have access to.

Employees can still edit their own language preference.

Logbook

Give a user access to create and edit logbook screens.

Ripple

Give a user admin access to the Ripple area.

Document

Give access to the Document settings tab.
