When you add a new user to PeopleHR, they receive an automated welcome email so that they can activate their account.
There may be times when you need to resend the welcome email, for example, if the new user never receives it.
πNote: It can take up to one hour for the initial welcome email to be delivered.
Individual employee
To resend the welcome email to an individual employee, follow the steps below.
Click Access Button
then click Employee.
Click the relevant employee then click Personal.
From the Email field, remove the email address.
Click out of the Email field then select a reason for change.
Re-enter the employee's email address then click out of the Email field.
Multiple employees
To resend the welcome email to multiple employees in bulk, follow the steps below.
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings then click the Licenses tab.
Click Send Welcome Message.
