When you add a new employee to PeopleHR, change an existing employee's working pattern, or process them as a leaver, their holiday entitlement recalculates.
Holiday entitlement calculation
The default calculation used can vary slightly depending on system settings.
This can be updated within Settings then Holiday & Absence

πNote: Although the calculation displays 52 remaining weeks, the entitlement is based on the number of days left in the year out of 365, or 366 in a leap year.
