Set logbook audiences

Specifying the user audience for each logbook.

To set who has access to a logbook, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Settings then click Logbook.

  3. For the relevant logbook, click the eye icon, then select the relevant filters:

    • Companies

    • Locations

    • Deparments

    • Job role

    • Employment Type

    • Specific Employee(s)

    • Exclude Employees(s)

  4. To view a list of all employees you assigned, click Test Rule, then click Save.
