You can manually upload audio and video files up to 30MB or 15MB if uploaded via the API. You need to convert videos to mp4.
When creating a field name, you need to ensure that the first 128 characters aren't the same as another field in that specific logbook.
📌Note: Once the Logbook is In Use within an employee's record, the Field Type of a logbook will be shaded out and you can't amend it.
