There may be times when you need to change the working pattern for multiple employees at once, for example, if you have a new intake of seasonal employees.
To do this, watch the video or follow the steps below.
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Bulk Actions then click Employee Settings.
Click Assign Work Pattern then apply the relevant filters.
To view a list of employees it'll be assigned to, click Test Rule.
Click Next then select the working pattern or click Add new work pattern.
When the pop-up appears, click Yes then enter an effective date.
Click Save.
